Residential Supports

The purpose of Residential Support Services is to provide a choice of living environments based on the needs and desires of each person. Emphasis is placed on assisting people to learn how to learn to be as independent as possible in areas which include, but not limited to, cooking, money management, housekeeping, and socialization. This is accomplished through Intermediate Care Facilities, Transitional Living Facilities and Individualized Supported Living Arrangements. 

The Intermediate Care Homes consist of two homes with up to eight people residing in each providing a personalized living environment with 24 hour staff support.

The Transitional Care Living Homes consist of three homes, with up to eight people residing in each providing a personalized living environment with 24 hour staff support.

The Individualized Supported Living Arrangements program supports people in their apartments and homes within the community. The amount of staff support depends on the needs of each individual.
